At Green Night Out on November 12, Bianca Mugyenyi and Yves Engler, explained to the gathered diners the role in our society played by the automobile. Mugyenyi said that, “We know you already understand how cars are spoiling our environment, but the actual situation is far worse. The GPOP Education Working Group has prepared a draft Program for Philadelphia Public Schools. We would like people interested in public education (especially students, parents and teachers) to evaluate this draft and to decide its usefulness. Everyone interested in public education should attend.

Candidates for Election in 2012
Anyone interested in running for office in 2012 as a Green Party candidate should attend this meeting. Offices under contention include all PA House of Representatives and some PA Senate seats. Green Party candidates should begin their campaign at this meeting.
