Cornel West, long-time activist, academic, and public scholar, has announced his run for the Presidency in 2024. He recently announced his intention to run on the People's Party ticket and is now seeking the Green Party nomination to build a broad coalition of progressives.

Cornel West is no stranger to the Green Party. He was a prominent supporter of Jill Stein's 2016 race. In 2016 he marched with Cheri Honkala during the DNC; Hillary Kane got to meet him a month later at our 2016 Annual National Meeting. Of course, opinions on the internet abound.
