You can either change your voting registration or register to vote for the first time using the same form.
Register to Vote via Text
Accessing the online registration site, and helpful tools for voters, is now one short text away. Eligible Pennsylvania citizens can text the word “PA” to “2Vote” (28683) on their smartphones. user will receive a link that provides direct access to the online voter registration application, voter registration status, polling place locator and link to contacts for county offices.
Register to Vote Online
You can register to vote through the Pennsylvania Department of State’s online application. Before you begin, be sure to have your Pennsylvania driver’s license or PennDOT ID card handy. If you don’t have one, there are other options. Once you submit your online application, it will be forwarded to the appropriate county voter registration office for processing.
If you are registering to vote Green Party for the first time, or if you are changing your registration to Green Party, please check the box next to “Other” on Line 9, and then type in “Green.”
