You’re probably aware that the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires regular achievement tests to make sure that your education is progressing according to federal standards. But what you may not know is that Section 9528 of NCLB requires school administrators to give the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all high school juniors and seniors to U.S. military recruiters.
